2000 Strips!
Wow, I can’t believe it’s been this long. I’ve officially now done 2000 strips. It doesn’t feel that long, and frankly, it’s kind of weird to think that I’ve created something 2000 times. In the end, though, I am very thankful to have such a great audience who has stuck with the strip for so long, and to have new readers each and every day! Here’s to the next 2000!
PS: If you missed the 2000th strip, check it out here
Year 4 Anthology NOW AVAILABLE!
Hot on the heels of the release of the Complete Year Three Anthology, the Forth Year anthology of the famed comic strip is now available!, and if your curious you can even take a look inside.
(Of course the first three years of anthologies are still available)
What People are Saying about Oh My Gods!
“This is some seriously clever occult humor! Hey, someone had to take the piss out of NeoPaganism. Leave it to Shivian Balaris to apply his observations and critiques in the form of entertaining comic art. For a lighthearted, fun, and educational perspective of our weird and Witchy ways, Oh My Gods! is the place to turn.”
Raven Digitalis, author of Shadow Magick Compendium & Goth Craft
Litha Theme!
Since I won’t be here during official Litha (I’ll be at PSG) I turned on the Litha theme for the site. Remember, you can always change your themes in your user settings!
Year 3 Anthology NOW AVAILABLE!
The third year anthology of the famed comic strip is now available!, and if your curious you can even take a look inside.
(Of course the Complete Year One Anthology and Complete Year Two Anthology are also still available!)
What People are Saying about Oh My Gods!
“An irreverent romp through our modern pagan culture … its humor spotlights the foibles and fun of being pagan in the 21st century … it always adds a smile to my day.”
Dana Haefne, owner of Kamala Health & Beauty
Latest Updates
Not only are there new strips for all of May, but I’ve updated some of the site’s functionality as well. Hopefully now some of the problems with Captcha (et al) will be gone. Let me know if anything is broken the moment you find it broken using the contact page.
Lastly, due to the number of problems it was causing, the Fan Map has been moved to it’s own page in the Fans section. Enjoy!

Not just Kentucky....
....but this proved true in Tennessee as well. ;> No, Rednecks & pagans do not mix.... unless said rednecks are pagans.
I don't think you want to know what happens when regular Rednecks & pagan Rednecks meet on the street.

There's a BIG difference
There's a BIG difference between rednecks and hillbillies ... fyi, Deliverance is about hillbillies.
But....
Of course they mix, just not well. It usually involves a beer and a rifle, or a lynch mob.

Come on now!
Of all the passengers in the car, Vera is the last one to worry about the banjo buddies from Deliverance. Unless she does a great impersonation of a pig, that is.
COME TO THE DARKSIDE....we have cookies!
Fun to see the car trip thing again but....

Its okay.
I was surprised to find out that there were pagans in Mississippi (My home state). But then with all the rabid, crazy Fundies around it is probably a natural outgrowth.
